Lauren played for Arsenal Football Club. The former Cameroonian defender joined Arsenal from Mallorca in 2000 for £7.2m. Lauren left Arsenal for Portsmouth in 2007. In total, he made 242 appearances for Arsenal and scored 11 goals. Lauren wore the number 12 shirt for Arsenal. He was part of the Invincibles squad that won the league without losing a match. Lauren was born on January 19, 1977. He currently works as a footballing pundit in the media.
