Arsenal had originally planned a trip to Florida over the last week, but they had to cancel their participation in the event after a few positive Covid cases in the staff.

They replaced the first friendly against Inter Milan with a match against Millwall, which they won 4-1. Now it appears they’re replacing the second game with a visit from Watford.

Arsenal Presser originally reported on Sunday that Arsenal would be playing a behind-closed-doors friendly against Watford on Wednesday. AFC Fixture News then confirmed confirmed the game would take place at London Colney.

It’s not exactly a difficult game to organise, given Watford’s training ground is right next door to Arsenal’s anyway.

Like with eth friendly against Millwall, the game was recorded and then released on the Arsenal website an hour or so after it happened. You can see the goals below:

Arsenal starting lineup: Leno, Cedric, Chambers, Mari, Tavares, Lokonga, Elneny, Nelson, Willian, Nketiah, Aubameyang
