Dejan Kulusevski returned to training with Tottenham Hotspur this week, but he’s still training alone whilst Rodrigo Bentancur and Richarlison remain absent.

Tottenham Hotspur face a race against time to get a few of their players fit to face Arsenal this weekend, but their fans received a boost on Tuesday as Dejan Kulusevski was spotted in training.

Yves Bissouma was also involved in the session after injury, but it wasn’t all good news for Spurs supporters.

For a start, although Kulusevski was taking part in training, he was clearly undertaking a separate session from the main squad. He’ll probably need to join full training in the next day or so to have any chance of a start on Sunday.

On top of that, Rodrigo Bentancur, Richarlison, and Lucas Moura all seemingly remain absent from sessions, with none of them pictured in training.

Antonio Conte had previously seemed optimistic on Bentancur, telling the media: “He’s still not ready, and also for the FA Cup game, but we hope to have him back for the next Premier League game (against Arsenal).”

But with Bentancur still not back in training, he’s really cutting it close if he wants to be ready to play a significant role in four days’ time.

Richarlison and Moura were always the least likely to be involved against Arsenal, and it seems they’re now set to miss out.

Bissouma will surely play, and we’ll see how things pan out with Bentancur and Kulusevski.
