Folarin Balogun, Tyreece John-Jules, and Emile Smith Rowe are all in the September England u21 squad, among other Arsenal youth England call-ups.

Folarin Balogun and Tyreece John-Jules have both received their first call-ups to the England u21s for the September international break, whilst Emile Smith Rowe is also involved again following his participation in the u21 Euros earlier this year.

The u21s play Romania on Friday, 3rd September and Kosovo in a Euro u21 qualifier on Tuesday, 7th September, both at 7pm. The Kosovo game is on Sky Sports.

They’re not the only ones involved with the England youth teams from the Arsenal academy, though.

Miguel Azeez is in the England u20s, and will face Romania on Monday, 6th September. Brooke Norton-Cuffy is in the England u18s to take on Wales on Friday, 3rd September.

Arsenal don’t have any participants in the England u19s, but Daniel Oyegoke is involved. Oyegoke left the Arsenal academy for Brentford this summer.

There are a few conspicuous absences, notably Omari Hutchinson, Kido Taylor-Hart and Mika Biereth, who are performing so well for the Arsenal u23s. But it’s great to see a number of other young Gunners involved with England again for the upcoming break.
