Arsenal announced the signing of both Gabriel Magalhaes and Dani Ceballos this week.

The former has signed on a permanent deal, the latter on loan again, albeit with slightly different terms.


Arsenal cancelled Henrik Mkhitaryan’s contract.


Mel Filis left Arsenal for London Bees.


Vivianne Miedema and Kim Little both nominated for PFA Player of the Year.


Bukayo Saka was nominated for FA Young Player of the Year.


The FA WSL fixtures were announced.


Ben Sheaf joined Coventry City on loan.


Ainsley Maitland-Niles got his first England call-up.


Francis Cagigao has said goodbye to Arsenal after 24 years at the club.


Granit Xhaka is the new first-choice captain of the Swiss national team.


Arsenal Football

Arsenal’s men played a behind-closed-doors friendly on Saturday, losing 3-2 against Aston Villa. They also played QPR but won that one 3-2.


Arsenal’s women gyt their FA WSL campaign off to a superb start on Sunday against Reading.


Eddie Nketiah started for England’s u21s and scored a hattrick.


Daniel Ballard made his full international debut for Northern Ireland.

Arsenal’s third kit has been leaked.


Sokratis is closing in on a move to Napoli. The Italians have either agreed to pay €3.5m or still want Arsenal to cancel the Greek’s contract and let them have him for nothing.


Arsenal are hoping to announce Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s new deal before the season starts on 12 September.


Schalke are another club said to want Emi Martinez who is still going on about wanting to be number one at Arsenal. Chelsea are also keeping an eye on him with Petr Cech well aware of the Argentine as are Unai Emery and Villarreal.


Bayer Leverkusen hold an interest in Sead Kolasinac this summer, joining Schalke as the rumours about a return to Germany gather pace.


Arsenal turned down the chance to sign Killan Sardella, a player compared to Vincent Kompany. That’s according to his father anyway.


PSG have no interest in signing Matteo Guendouzi.


Arsenal will apparently sell Hector Bellerin if the right offer comes in.


Valencia want Matteo Guendouzi loan as Arsenal set £40m valuation.


Arsenal are one of three Premier League clubs vying for the signing of RB Salzburg striker Patson Daka.


Odsonne Edouard remains a top target for Arsenal this summer, who are showing huge interest in the 22-year-old Celtic striker.


Arsenal are in ongoing talks with Torino and Fiorentina over the potential transfer of Lucas Torreira, looking for an agreement in the coming weeks.


Folarin Balogun looks likely to move to Germany this summer, but there are still plenty of options on the table for him right now.
