Folarin Balogun looks most likely to move to Germany this summer, but there are still plenty of options on the table for him right now.

The Beautiful Game Podcast claim Balogun is still on course for a move away from Arsenal this summer, with Germany his most likely destination.

Stuttgart, Werder Bremen and Eintracht Frankfurt all hold an interest from the Bundesliga. Brighton and Southampton are among the Premier League clubs following the striker. AZ Alkmaar, PSV, AC Milan and Roma add to the list from elsewhere.

If true, there really shouldn’t be any problem for Arsenal finding one of them willing to pay their demands. If it was just Brentford pushing a move, as in January, the negotiations over a player in the final year of his contract would be more difficult for us.

As it is, Arsenal should be able to play all these teams off against each other until one of them makes a satisfactory bid. The club want at least £8m for the academy striker.

Balogun is 19 and was the top scorer in the Premier League 2’s top division this season. He scored 10 goals and assisted a further four in 15 league appearances. That led to one appearance in the senior squad, making the bench for the League Cup against Nottingham Forest.
