Galatasaray have offered Emmanuel Eboue a job in their youth coaching setup, as the former Gunner tries to get his life back on track.
Eboue spoke out about his difficult situation in an interview a few days ago.
The 34-year-old revealed he’s coming out of a messy divorce, which left him without money or a place to live. Following the revelations, former club Galatasaray have given him the chance to return to the club.
The Ivorian will work as assistant coach of the u14s, with a salary and opportunities to work his way up.
Latest on Eboue:
1.Galatasaray will employ him as an assistant coach of their U-14 team
2.He will also be provided with a decent salary that befits his standing from the club
3.From there he can work his way up the ladder again.Source: Futbolarena Turkey pic.twitter.com/acg24IBBfB

Fatih Terim, manager of the Turkish club, spoke to CNN Turk about the situation. He said: “We heard news about Eboue in the dressing room, I was informed there. We will do whatever we can for my friend.”
The former Arsenal man responded: “I would be very happy if Fatih Hodja gave me the duty in Galatasaray, and Fatih Terim is like a father. I love him very much, I do everything for him because I love him very much.”
The job offer gives the Ivory Coast international a lifeline. Eboue is reportedly unable to play football due to his health, and can’t even see his children. So, if nothing else, this coaching role will help keep him occupied.
Eboue spent seven years with Arsenal, between 2004 and 2011. Hopefully, the Gunners will offer him the chance to return in the future, because he was always a positive character. For now, it sounds like this story has a happy ending for the right-back.
