Emmanuel Emenike posted a message to thank Galatasaray for their decision to help Emmanuel Eboue with a job offer.

Emenike previously played for rival Turkish club Fenerbahçe, and now he plays for Olympiakos.

However, he put club rivalries aside to praise Galatasaray on their decision.

He also sent a message of support to Eboue, in a post on Instagram:

Eboue recently told the Mirror that he’s going through a messy divorce.

As a result, he doesn’t have a job due to health issues, money, or a permanent home. Fortunately, former club Galatasaray have reportedly offered him a role in their youth coaching setup.

It was a kind gesture made very quickly after the news broke. So credit to the club for being so eager to help.

Arsenal also had a spokesperson confirm that they’re looking to help their former player however they can.

Hopefully, the 34-year-old sees Emenike’s message of support, and appreciates that there are players all over the world who are on his side.

The most important thing is getting him back on his feet with a new career, of course. But it’s good to see he has the backing of other players and fans as well.
