Arsenal finally revealed their 2017/18 home kit on Wednesday morning and the launch proved that most fans don’t actually care about a new shirt if there are no new players to wear it.

While a lot of fans like Arsenal’s new kit, most weren’t that excited considering they believe that bringing out a shiny, new kit should be the least of the club’s worries after last season.

However, what did we learn from the Gunners’ kit launch?

3. Robert Pires wants Arsenal to sign three players

Pires attended the kit launch in Kings Cross and admitted that he wants Arsene Wenger to sign Kylian Mbappe, Alexandre Lacazette, and Ousmane Dembele.

“Arsenal can do both – they can extend the contracts of Sanchez and Ozil and why not buy two or three players? If Arsene buys some players they can lift the Premier League trophy,” the legend said.

“Mbappe is a great player who has good potential. Of course he is very expensive but now in the UK anything is possible.

“Lacazette is a great player. And I love Ousmane Dembele at Dortmund, too.”
