A number of images have been doing the rounds claiming that they’re Arsenal’s 2016/17 kit and this latest one could be the most intriguing of all.

Rumoured to be our third kit, the navy and fluorescent green ensemble isn’t very Arsenal. In fact, as the Metro pointed out, it’s far more reminiscent of Chelsea’s 2009/10 away kit made by Adidas.

If this is our new third kit, I highly doubt it’ll be welcomed by Arsenal fans. Keeping the traditional colour scheme, as the other rumoured ‘leaked’ kit pictures have, and sticking to tradition with a modern twist is a huge part of carrying our brand forward while remaining relevant. If we start to lose that, it won’t be received well.
