Arsene Wenger has now been at Arsenal for 20 years but before him we had numerous other managers.

Not including interim and caretaker managers, Arsenal have had 18 bosses since we formed in 1886. Wenger has with us the longest and been in charge of the most games (1136 and counting). While William Elcoat was in charge of the least (44).

Wenger also has the best win percentage, around 57%, out of all the managers not including the interim bosses who were only in charge for a handful of games.

The worst win rate was George Morrell who only won around 37% of the 309 matches he was in charge of.

In fact, looking at the stats just shows how vastly superior Wenger is in every way.

So… which ‘old’ Arsenal do fans want back then?
