Paul Merson played for Arsenal Football Club. The former English midfielder joined Arsenal in 1984 and made his first team debut for Arsenal in 1986. Merson left Arsenal for Middlesbrough in 1997 for reportedly £4.5m. In total, he made 425 appearances for Arsenal and scored 99 goals. Merson wore several numbers for Arsenal including number 9 and number 10. He currently works as a football pundit in the media. Merson was born on March 20, 1968.
