Arsenal bid £20m for Douglas Luiz, Aston Villa agree £13m midfielder deal

Aston Villa have struck an agreement with Wolves for their defensive midfielder, Leander Dendoncker, which could free them to sell Douglas Luiz to Arsenal who have made a bid of £20m.
