Santi Cazorla has now hit double figures for both goals and assists with Qatar Stars League side Al-Sadd SC, dominating at his new club.
In a 3-0 win over Al-Ahli SC on Saturday, former Gunner Santi Cazorla provided his 10th assist of the season. He also has 10 goals in the league and one in the Qatari Stars Cup, putting him on 21 goal contributions in 17 games between the two competitions.

Cazorla moved to Al-Sadd in the summer, signing off from Villarreal with an assist. He joined to play under current manager and former Barcelona star Xavi, who made the same switch from Spain to Qatar in 2015.
Al-Sadd are rather walking the league at the moment, winning 14 and drawing two of their first 16 games.
They sit 13 points clear of Al-Duhail in second place, and no club can match their 63 goals scored (39 is the next best), nor their 10 conceded (15 is the closest).
To an extent, you have to say this wasn’t unexpected. Cazorla is a former Premier League and La Liga star playing in a significantly weaker league.
But at 36, given the injury problems he’s had, it’s just good to see the midfielder shining and putting smiles on the faces of his new fans.
