Although David Ospina has declared himself fit for the game and is keen to play according to his father, Napoli should start with Alex Meret in goal.

Lorenzo Insigne returned from injury to make an appearance off the bench at the weekend against Genoa but doubts still hang over his ability to start on Thursday night.

The same goes for Faouzi Ghoulam who could make it but is likely to be on the bench.

Amadou Diawara and Raul Albiol are both out.

Sky Sport Italia believe that Carlo Ancelotti will opt for a 4-4-2 in London due to the fact the Italians only have two fit centrebacks in Nikola Maksimovic and Kalidou Koulibaly with former Spurs man, Vlad Chirches said to be in ‘bad shape’.

Napoli are also expected to change their attack in order to exploit the lack of pace in Arsenal’s defence. This would mean Arkadiusz Milik dropping to the bench in order to accommodate Insigne with Dries Mertens.

Predicted Napoli lineup: Meret; Hysaj, Maksimovic, Koulibaly, Mario Rui; Callejon, Fabian Ruiz, Allan, Zielinski; Insigne, Mertens.
