Mesut Ozil has decided to troll Arsenal fans while our hearts are weak and fragile.
Transfer deadline day has been a big one for Gooners and it’s not often we get to say without a hint of sarcasm.
Not did he Gunners finally announce the signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, which was all very excited, we had to say goodbye to Olivier Giroud as the 31-year-old signed for Chelsea.
Therefore, Ozil taking to social media at this moment to more or less confirm that he’s signed a new contract with Arsenal is cruel and bordering on dangerous.
The playmaker shared a picture of himself grinning while sitting at a desk signing what looks like photos of himself with his autograph, which is all fine and normal.

But the caption reads: “Had a busy day signing things.”
Said caption is followed by a winking emoji and the hashtags ‘autographs’ and ‘London’.
The 29-year-old’s pretty obvious trolling comes hours after reliable BBC reporter David Ornstein announced that Ozil has signed a new three-and-a-half year deal with Arsenal.
The shiny new deal will allegedly see the German get £280k-per-week after tax.
Ozil reportedly turned down a mega, £25m-a-year contract with a Chinese Super League team, as well as approaches from PSG and Manchester United.
