Wojciech Szczesny is on the verge of completing his switch to Juventus after arriving in Turin yesterday.
The Polish keeper completed his medical last night and is due to be confirmed as a Juventus player at some point today. Arsenal are expected to receive around £10m for Szczesny, making him the joint 23rd more expensive keeper of all time.
For reference sake, Everton’s £30m Jordan Pickford is the fourth most expensive goalkeeper of all time. While this transfer has been in the offing for a while, fans have yet to come to terms with it , reports Football London.
Szczesny set to join Juventus for £8m. When you compare his fee to Pickford, that's ridiculously low. We never get good deals when selling.

Loaning Szczesny after another great season at Roma. Not giving Perez a try. Holding not in starting line up plans. What's going on Arsenal.

Arsenal struggled through having a young Szczesny for years so that they could sell him as he reaches his peak years for 8 million

It baffles me how Szczęsny is good enough for #Juventus but not good enough for #Arsenal… We are going to regret this one, aren't we! https://t.co/o7ZjDR66Ce

Szczesny was a well-liked member of the Arsenal squad and considered by many to be a genuine fan of the club.
It helped that he was a good keeper with a lot of potential. It didn’t come out as often at Arsenal, but he rediscovered his best form at Roma and now he’s going to be Juventus’ replacement for Gianluigi Buffon
Arsenal, meanwhile, are going to need a new keeper in a year or two, and will probably regret letting Szczesny go so easily.
