Football insider HandofArsenal reports that Arsenal CCO Juliet Slot is stepping down from her role at the club, feeling that it’s the right time to move on following the Premier League title win and the club’s financial success off the pitch.

Slot has been working at Arsenal in her current role since late 2021, a five-year period of undoubted progress for the club.

On the pitch, Arsenal have gone from finishing outside the Champions League places and trophyless in Slot’s first season, to returning to Europe’s top competition, finishing second in the Premier League in three consecutive seasons, and then finally taking that last step to win it in 2025/26.

That success has been supported by strong work behind the scenes, with Arsenal securing major sponsorship deals and spending well to put together a squad capable of going the distance.

Notable new deals during Slot’s tenure include the sale of Arsenal’s training ground naming rights to Sobha Realty, the new sleeve sponsorship agreement with Deel, and other partnerships with the likes of Paramount+.

Slot is now expected to depart, leaving Arsenal reporting club-record revenues.
