Unfortunately, planned fixtures against AFC Bournemouth on July 17th and Welling United on July 20th both had to be cancelled due to a Covid issue at London Colney. This also led to the rescheduling of a couple of fixtures, with the updated dates below.

Bromley FC 3-1 Arsenal u23s – July 27th, 19:45 BST

The u23s finally managed to get their pre-season campaign underway after all the disruptions with a match away to Bromley.

The hosts were much further along in their pre-season and dominated the first hour physically, racking up a 3-0 lead. Arsenal came back into the game though, and looked the better side for much of the second half. Match report here.

Hendon FC 1-3 Arsenal u18s – July 30th, 19:30 BST

The u18s played their first game in almost three weeks after the disruption and immediately got back to winning ways with a good performance against Hendon FC. Match report here.
