AC Milan have reportedly moved on from Lucas Torreira because Arsenal are ‘being difficult’ in an hilarious Italian update.

Lucas Torreira to AC Milan is a story completely fabricated in Italy because the midfielder said he wasn’t that fussed on the English weather.

From there, they decided that Arsenal were willing to sell, the player wanted to leave, and AC Milan could probably get him on loan until the end of his career for no more than a couple of bags of crisps.

When Torreira spoke at all it was to say he knew nothing about any of all this and is happy at Arsenal.

To the Italian press, this is Arsenal ‘being difficult’ so AC Milan will move on to other targets.

Of course, it’s perfectly reasonable that AC Milan wanted to sign Torreira but that’s about all the truth there is to any of this story.

We can no hope it will go away.
