Arsenal put in a quality attacking performance against Everton at Goodison, with almost all of their attacking players involved in one or two of the goals.

So how did the players do individually?

Mesut Özil – 9

Looked back to his best in the first half, creating six chances before the break. Started the second well too, with a header to give the Gunners the lead. He then provided his first assist of the season, playing in Lacazette to give the Gunners a two goal lead. Only downside was that he didn’t get to keep tearing Everton apart for the full 90 minutes. He still managed to create eight chances, more than any player in the Premier League this season.

Alexis Sanchez – 8

Didn’t look great in the first half, giving the ball away a couple of times, but improved at the start of the second and put in a lovely ball for Mesut Özil to finish. He then played another good forward pass for Mesut to assist Lacazette for the third goal. Overall it was a very good second half, and he finally got his first Premier League goal at the end.

Alexandre Lacazette – 8

Finally managed to get his first away goal of the season, and was lively throughout. Unlucky not to score earlier with a well-saved left footed shot. When he did get his chance, he took it well, and gave Özil the assist. Of course, he was also substituted early.
