Kieran Gibbs is apparently going to lead an ‘exodus’ from Arsenal before the end of the window, according to The Sunday Telegraph.

Sunday’s edition of the Telegraph claims that Kieran Gibbs is on the way out for £7m, departing for Watford, but they also say that the England international won’t be the last to leave.

According to the article Arsenal are also willing to sell Lucas Perez (no surprises there), along with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Shkodran Mustafi.

Mustafi and Ox have both been the subject of some pretty intense speculation in the past week or so. The Mustafi rumours in particular came out of left field, as the German only joined the Gunners a year ago and had seemed happy enough on the pitch and on social media.

The article claimed that Oxlade-Chamberlain’s participation in the Liverpool match was doubtful, although this turned out not to be the case as Ox was handed another start by Arsène Wenger. Instead Mustafi was the one dropped to the bench, making his future even more unclear.

Whilst the speculation about Lucas Perez has been just as strong, it is less of a mystery in his case. It seems more and more likely that he’s on his way back to Deportivo, with his agent being repeatedly quoted as saying that he’s working to find a compromise between the two clubs to complete the deal.

Overall, with none of the players looking 100% likely to stay, I’d be hesitant to rule out an exodus before Thursday’s deadline.
