According to Italian outlet, Milan News, Kolasinac’s deal with Arsenal has been completed and all that’s left to do now is announce it.
The 23-year-old’s contract with Schalke has almost come to an end with the defender saying goodbye to his teammates and the fans thanking him for six years at the club.
The deal between Kolasinac and Arsenal has been in the works for over a month with the player said to have had a medical weeks ago. However, reports now suggest that everything has been finalised with Milan News even claiming that he signed a pre-contract 40 days ago.
It’s unclear when the Gunners will announce their new signing. However, considering how bad their season’s been, you’d imagine they would want to do it soon so that they can move on to other deals, as well as give the fans tangible proof that the club is trying to improve their squad for next season.
