Arsenal are still in fourth place in this year’s Injury League table while Sunderland continue to lead the way after taking top spot last week.

Arsenal started October in fifth place but moved up a spot last week due to their current injuries.

The Gunners currently have five players listed as injured:

Danny Welbeck, Per Mertesacker, Aaron Ramsey, Olivier Giroud, and Chuba Akpom.

Both Ramsey and Giroud returned to training this week but they are expected to need a little longer to regain match fitness.

Sunderland added 9 points this week for the 9 players who were listed as injured (Larsson, Borini, Kirchhoff, Mannone, Januzaj, Denayer, Kone, Cattermoile, van Arnholt).

Injury League updated every Wednesday and can be accessed at any time here.
