Reiss Nelson was dropped to the bench for the game against Norwich after his phone went off in a team meeting.

The 16-year-old is hailed as one of the brightest young talents coming through at the club and if you thought being punished in this way might affect him, you’ll be delighted to learn that it didn’t in the slightest.

The winger came off the bench at the break and scored for the Gunners as they won 4-1 in the Premier Academy League.
