Barcelona manager, Luis Enrique, admitted during his press conference ahead of their match against us on Tuesday that Arsenal are capable of dominating games.
Although the manager appeared reasonably calm ahead of the impending clash in north London (at least considerably calmer than a lot of our players will be feeling tonight), he did admit that he wasn’t sure how the Gunners were going to set up against the Catalans and acknowledged that we are capable of running the show.
Luis Enrique: “What will Arsenal do? That’s the question, isn’t it? I think tomorrow Arsenal will sit back more than press high.”

Luis Enrique: “Arsenal can dominate games. Because of the similar style of the two teams the game is more attractive.”

How nice of him.
It is true that we play similar styles of football, at least we used to. I’d say that, looking at recent matches, the Barca squad are probably a little more capable of keeping the ball than we are but hey, we won’t know if we don’t try and if we’re going to go out all guns blazing, we might as well do it against Barcelona in the Champions League, eh?
