Arsenal are keeping tabs on exciting winger Hassane Bande, according to reports.

The 19-year-old is in fantastic form for Belgian side KV Mechelen this season.

He’s scored eight goals in 11 appearances in the Jupiler League, which is a goal every 88 minutes.

The feat is even more impressive considering this is his first season in Europe, having joined from Salitas in Burkina Faso in the summer.

Inevitably, a lot of clubs are looking at him. 27 to be exact, if Het Nieuwsblad’s report is anything to go by.

Arsenal are one of the clubs believed to be taking a look.

Bande is a Burkina Faso international who plays on the left flank or down the middle.

There seems to be several similarities between this story and reports in the summer linking Arsenal with Henry Onyekuru.

Onyekuru had an excellent season with Belgian side Eupen last season, and earned a move to Everton.

Work permit issues prevented him from joining Arsenal.

Given Bande’s young career so far, the same would happen again should Arsenal try to sign him this season.

Manchester United are also believed to be interested, along with Newcastle, PSV Eindhoven, Sevilla, Atletico Madrid, and many others.
