Arsenal will reportedly make yet another offer for Monaco’s Thomas Lemar.

  • Arsenal have already had two offers rejected
  • Lemar is a top target despite Monaco’s reluctance to sell
  • Wenger is convinced Lemar wants to join Arseanl

Despite their being a lack of progress on the deal, it seems Arsenal remained determined to land one of their top targets this summer.

They’ve already had two bids for Lemar rejected and, according to the Mirror, they’re about to go in with a third.

Arseme Wenger is reportedly convinced that Lemar wants to join Arsenal. Monaco are demanding close to £80m for the player, as they attempt to ward off interest.

After winning the Ligue 1 title and reach the Champions League semi-finals last season, top clubs have moved in and taken some of Monaco’s stars this summer.

Bernardo Silva has joined Manchester City, while Tiemoue Bakayoko is close to joining Chelsea. Benjamin Mendy has also been interesting City, while every club wants a piece of Kylian Mbappe.

Their reluctance to sell is understandable, but that’s not putting Arsenal off just yet.
