Rumours that Joel Campbell could be signing for Galatasaray before transfer deadline day aren’t allowing the forward to lose focus on national duty.

The 23-year-old has been linked with a move away from north London to just about every club in the world at this point in time, but Campbell is instead choosing to focus on national duty for Costa Rica.

According to a short statement from Sports by Campbell, which Campbell retweeted onto his Twitter timeline, the forward is currently focussed purely on his upcoming match.

Although this probably isn’t strictly true, since he appears to really be pushing for a move away, he obviously doesn’t want to give any statement pertaining to his future just yet.
