Jack Wilshere is set to return to full training next Monday.
The midfielder, who’s been out of action all season after breaking his leg in training, insinuated ahead of the Hull match that he could be back for the away leg against Barcelona.
Now, the Mirror has confirmed that the 24-year-old will return to full training next week in order to step up his recovery process.
However, it seems that Jack’s prediction of him being ready for the away leg of the Champions League is a little optimistic, as the Mirror explains the first match Wenger has him penciled in for is at home to Watford on April 2nd, and then away to West Ham a week later.
After missing the whole season so far and being particularly injury-prone, Wilshere’s reintroduction to the team is bound to be gradual and even frustrating at times. However, it’ll all be in the interest of keeping him fit.
