Bild (via BuliNews) report that Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig are all interested in Jesper Lindstrom, with Eintracht Frankfurt looking to bring in €30m for the 22-year-old midfielder.

Arsenal were linked with Lindstrom last month, with reports that the Gunners were looking for an upgrade in midfield. At the time, it was being claimed that a deal for Lindstrom could be feasible in the January window at around €20m, but that price has seemingly gone up.

Responding to those September reports, Lindstrom admitted they were pleasing to hear, though he added that he’s focusing on Frankfurt.

“It’s a huge confidence boost. It’s one of the biggest things as a footballer, so I’m obviously very happy,” Lindstrom said.

“It’s always great to play in the biggest league in the world, but whether Arsenal is right for me is hard to say. Right now, I’m in a good place in Frankfurt, but it’s great that there are clubs like them that are watching me.

“Something may have to happen at some point, but right now I’m fine.”

Lindstrom generally acts as an attacking midfielder, though he can also operate on the wings.

The 22-year-old has seven goals in his first 17 games of the current campaign, and he was called up by Denmark for the most recent international break – appearing against France.

As a right-footed player, Lindstrom could offer something different to many of Arsenal’s other attacking midfielders and wingers, with the likes of Martin Odegaard, Fabio Vieira, Bukayo Saka, and Marquinhos all favouring their lefts.
