The AFC Bell exclusively revealed details of the Arsene Wenger autobiography on Sunday. They claim the book will be 300 pages long and go on sale in mid-October of this year. You can pre-order it from next Thursday, at €20-a-copy.

It will use the below picture on the front cover (minus ‘TheAFCBell exclusive’, obviously.

As for the content, we even have some details on the subject matter. The opening chapters will detail Wenger’s childhood, religious and educational upbringing, as well as a chapter on his departure from Arsenal.

There will also be many chapters on the former manager’s training philosophy, his keys to success in the game and life in general, and the lessons he learned throughout his football career.

This is going to be a must-read for many Arsenal fans, without a doubt. The club’s longest-serving manager and the one many modern fans grew up with, a well-respected and intelligent man, it’s certainly going to be interesting to hear what he has to say.

It doesn’t sound like the book will be filled with scandalous gossip, unfortunately. That’s not really Wenger’s style anyway. You never know what inside information he might end up revealing, though, particularly around his departure.
