The Brazil national team are training at Arsenal’s London Colney training centre this week, and some Gunners youth players took the opportunity to meet a couple of the stars of the team on Tuesday.

Arsenal youth player Hakeem Abubakar shared pictures on his Instagram story of himself alongside Rodrygo, as well as a group shot with Vinicius Jr. – who had an arm around Ethan Nwaneri’s younger brother Emerson.

It should certainly inspire the Arsenal youngsters to meet a couple of Real Madrid and Brazil stars they’ve likely seen on TV plenty of times.

As mentioned, Brazil are training in north London this week ahead of a friendly against Senegal at the Emirates Stadium over the international break, holding a few sessions at London Colney before training at the Emirates itself on Friday.

The team will then leave the UK for a friendly against Tunisia in Lille, France, an international break seemingly crafted specifically for Gabriel Magalhaes.

The centre-back won’t have to leave London for the first game, and he’ll be visiting his former club Lille for the second.

This isn’t the first time Brazil have used Arsenal’s training ground, with the team also spending time at London Colney last year in March. It’s also not the first time Brazil have played at the Emirates Stadium, holding eight previous matches at the ground.

Brazil won seven of those eight games, only losing to Portugal in 2007. They’ll hope to make it eight wins from nine this weekend.
