Arsenal are among the Premier League clubs with an interest in Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike, according to reports in France.

RMC reporter Fabrice Hawkins revealed on social media on Monday night that at least three Premier League clubs are interested in Hugo Ekitike of Eintracht Frankfurt, and it seems Arsenal are among them.
That’s according to Santi Aouna and Dahbia Hattabi of Foot Mercato, who claim that both Arsenal and Liverpool are in the running for the striker along with West Ham United.
Bild previously reported that Frankfurt want to make Ekitike their next big sale, hoping to bring in at least €80m (£66.3m) for him, though they prefer to sell in 2026.

Yet the door isn’t closed this summer, when you’d think Arsenal are far more likely to make a move.
Ekitike was signed for Frankfurt from PSG for €20m (£16.6m) when including the initial loan fee, and PSG are set to make 20% on any profit from the player’s sale.
The 22-year-old has 17 goals and six assists in 32 games with Frankfurt this season, playing in the Bundesliga, the German Cup, and the Europa League.

This isn’t the first time Arsenal have been linked with Ekitike, with the Gunners also eyeing up a move when the u21 France international was still with Stade Reims in 2022.
Ekitike moved from Reims to PSG that summer, before joining Frankfurt in 2024. A year later, he could be on the move again.
