Juventus and Milan are reportedly showing interest in Arsenal‘s young midfielder Charlie Patino, who is currently impressing during his loan spell at Swansea City.

Speaking on “TvPlay,” Michele Fratini, a market intermediary, highlighted Juventus’ and Milan’s pursuit of Patino.

Juventus is particularly keen on securing the midfielder to enhance the quality and dynamics of their midfield. Arsenal‘s valuation of the player stands at around €30 million, potentially comprising €20 million in fixed income and €10 million in bonuses.

“Juventus] wants to take the strongest talents around to give quality and geometry to the midfield in the control room,” Fratini said. “As for the price, the Gunners are asking for around €30 million , perhaps 20 in fixed income and 10 in bonuses.”

Patino, recognised as one of the top 50 young talents globally, has been on the radar of several top clubs. His left-footed playing style has drawn comparisons to Juventus’ Adrien Rabiot.

Juventus may also have an ace up their sleeve in the form of Moise Kean. The Italian striker, who has had a challenging stint in the Premier League with Everton, could be a part of the negotiations to bring Patino to Turin.

Kean, currently valued at €30 million, has been previously linked with Arsenal and could fit the bill for the Gunners’ attacking needs.

While Juventus are eager to initiate the transfer as early as January, Milan are contemplating a move for the summer.

There’s also a watchful eye from Inter, who see Patino as a potential successor to Hakan Calhanoglu.

Patino’s performances at Swansea City have been noteworthy, contributing three goals and four assists in 15 appearances in the Championship. His development during the loan period has evidently enhanced his market value and appeal.

The complexity of a January transfer arises from Patino’s existing loan agreement with Swansea, which extends to the season’s end. This could pose a challenge for Juventus and Milan in their bid to acquire the Arsenal youngster.
