West Ham, Wolves, and Napoli are interested in Konstantinos Mavropanos, who has a sell-on clause benefitting Arsenal in his Stuttgart contract.
Chris Wheatley reports for Gooner News that Napoli are keen on signing Konstantinos Mavropanos, with a number of Premier League sides also interested in the defender.
Kostas Lianos reports for The S*n that West Ham United and Wolves are among those Premier League clubs.
Bild reported earlier in the summer that a transfer for the former Arsenal centre-back was very possible this window, but it could take a while to go through.
There are no reports of formal offers just yet, but Stuttgart are open to them.
Bild also claimed Mavropanos has a release clause worth €25m (£21.5m), but Stuttgart are open to selling for a fee in the region of €15-20m (£12.9-17.2m).
Mavropanos has a sell-on clause in his Stuttgart contract, so if he makes a summer move, Arsenal would take home some of the proceeds.
Mavropanos has been linked with a transfer away from Stuttgart since before he even officially joined them.
Reports last spring suggested he was going to make his loan move permanent and then immediately leave, which didn’t happen.
But after another year battling relegation with Stuttgart, you’d imagine the 25-year-old might feel the time is now right to move on.
Stuttgart only avoided relegation with a win in their relegation play-off against Hamburg, having finished 16th in the Bundesliga regular season.
