The Brazilian sensation made the move to the Gunners from Manchester City in a £45m deal just last year and has since made a significant impact on Arsenal’s offensive capabilities, notching five goals and six assists in 16 Premier League appearances.

Despite his knee problem, Jesus has returned to action in outstanding form, prompting the La Liga powerhouse to consider signing the Brazilian star.

Spanish news outlet Defensa Central claims that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has compiled a list of four potential targets for the summer transfer period, with Jesus featuring prominently.

The Brazilian’s versatility on the field, including his ability to perform on the wings, is considered an asset in providing support and competition for the 35-year-old Karim Benzema.

Real Madrid’s summer wishlist also includes Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham, touted as a potential box-to-box midfielder. However, the Spanish club may face stiff competition for the young English talent from Premier League giants Liverpool and Chelsea.

Carlo Ancelotti’s squad is also reportedly interested in Arsenal-linked Celta Vigo prodigy Gabri Veiga to fill the creative midfield role.

With seasoned players Toni Kroos and Luka Modric nearing the end of their careers and Dani Ceballos’ future uncertain, Veiga could provide the necessary creativity in the midfield. Another option to fill the gap is Brahim Diaz, also linked with Arsenal, who is set to rejoin Real Madrid’s first team following a three-year loan at AC Milan.

Additionally, Real Madrid have exercised its buy-back option for Rayo Vallecano’s 21-year-old left-back Fran Garcia, a move aimed at bolstering the team’s defensive depth in that position.
