Arsenal and West Ham are reportedly still interested in 18-year-old Athletico Paranaense star Vitor Roque, who has also been pursued by Barcelona.
As the summer draws near, rumours around Vitor Roque are starting to pick up with the forward looking like he will be on the move.
Roque himself is said to prefer a move to Barca, but the Spanish giants have been unable to reach an agreement with his current club.
Mundo Deportivo claims that Roque’s price tag will not drop below €35-40m, which may not be a problem for Arsenal and West Ham.
Roque has stated that he is preparing to make a move to Europe, likely in the summer.

While Barcelona plans to send a delegation to Brazil to negotiate a deal, Arsenal are said to be willing to “do anything” to sign Roque and have initiated preliminary talks.
The Gunners have not yet made a specific offer for the player.
