Arsenal have nominated their four contenders for the men’s Player of the Month for December, with Mikel Arteta’s attacking quartet all getting the nod.

Arsenal have begun voting for the club’s Player of the Month award, with Gabriel Martinelli, Eddie Nketiah, Martin Odegaard, and Bukayo Saka all receiving a nomination.
The Gunners only played two games in December, but they were both enjoyable performances despite some tense moments.
First, Mikel Arteta’s side came from behind to beat West Ham 3-1, then they played out a New Year’s Eve thriller against Brighton – which finished 4-2.
In the West Ham game, Saka, Martinelli, and Nketiah all got on the scoresheet, with Odegaard setting up two of the goals.
Then against Brighton, all four players scored, and Odegaard provided another assist.
The quartet were certainly the stars of both wins, and Saka and Odegaard’s performances even earned them nominations for the Premier League Player of the Month award for November and December (the league combined the awards on this occasion).

You can vote for your favourite here to determine who will follow up Ben White’s win from November.
