Galatasaray have scheduled a new round of talks with Lucas Torreira as they try to push a deal through, after agreeing a fee with Arsenal.

Galatasaray and Arsenal already have a deal in place for the transfer of Lucas Torreira, but the player has been stalling on the move as he seemingly hopes for another offer.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Galatasaray have organised a new round of talks with Torreira to push personal terms through, and they aren’t giving up on a deal.
Turkish outlet Ajans 1905 claim there are two problems. Firstly, Torreira has other offers on the table to consider. Secondly, his agent wants an extra €1.5m as a signing fee, which Galatasaray are unwilling to pay.
It remains to be seen whether the Super Lig club’s latest meeting will bring about a compromise.

The Evening Standard report that Galatasaray are ready to pay Arsenal £5m upfront, with a further £2.5m of add-ons to secure the deal.
Torreira has a year left on his Arsenal deal, and despite being called back for pre-season with the Gunners, he left the U.S. tour early to travel to Italy and hasn’t played a game since.
It seems as if he’s set to move to Turkey, but the longer he delays, the greater the uncertainty around the move.
