Arsenal love few things more than a Friday announcement and they got the chance to deliver another this week as they confirmed the exciting signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City.

Speaking to Sky Sports at Universal Studios in Orlando ahead of Arsenal’s penultimate game of pre-season against Chelsea in the early hours of Sunday morning, Arteta admitted that the club are still not finished in this window with a ‘few things’ they’d still like to do.

“I think we are completing what we planned,” he said.

“There is still a few things that we would like to do, in and out, and that will be determined by the possibilities that are on the market.

“We all have now in the Premier League bigger squads in pre-season because obviously, all the loans have come back.

“You have to re-place everybody in the right position but we know where we’re going to end up at the end of this transfer window and hopefully we can make it work.”

Arsenal still have a number of players they would like to sell or get out of the club on loan including Bernd Leno (Fulham), Hector Bellerin (Real Betis), Lucas Torreira (Atalanta), Nicolas Pepe, Pablo Mari, Alex Runarsson, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, and Reiss Nelson.

They are also reportedly interested in signing a winger.
