According to Sport in Spain, Arsenal have made an offer to Franck Kessié to sign him at teh end of the season when his contract with AC Milan expires.

Although there have been a number of Premier League clubs linked with a move for the 25-year-old, Arsenal are the only ones to have made an actual offer.

That being said, with Barcelona also picking up talks with the player, Kessié is reportedly not too impressed with the offer coming out of London.

Arsenal have been linked with Kessié for years, now, and it remains to be seen if they will actually try to land him or if they are just testing teh waters with this offer before moving on to other targets.

Kessié has six goals, with one assist, in 26 games, and would likely be seen as a Granit Xhaka replacement with the Swiss midfielder going to try and get to Rome this summer after failing last year.

Last season, he scored 14 goals, with six assists, in 50 games.
