Arsenal are planning signings in four key positions for the summer transfer window, according to a report.

The Daily Mail report that Mikel Arteta is planning to sign two new forwards, a central midfielder and a right-back this summer.
That’s on top of the news that the club have already signed an agreement with goalkeeper Matt Turner to join in the summer window.
It wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see Arsenal pursuing two forwards, given the expected turnover in the position.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has already left, and Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are set to follow him as free agents.
That leaves the inexperienced Folarin Balogun as Arsenal’s only senior striker for next season. The club need to make at least one signing to fill the gap, but probably two.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Alexander Isak currently appear to be the two names at the top of Arsenal’s list.

Central midfield is generally viewed as an area for a potential upgrade, particularly with AS Roma starting to circle for Granit Xhaka again.
Even if Xhaka stays, Arsenal are fairly low on numbers, let alone top quality.
The right-back is likely to be a lower-priority backup signing, with talk of interest in Djed Spence. Arsenal obviously have Takehiro Tomiyasu as their first-choice option right now.
There’s certainly a lot of work to do in the coming months, to be ready for a busy summer.
