Arsenal are now said to have ‘concrete interest’ in Club Brugge’s winger Noa Lang, with a January bid being considered.

Recently, a couple of Belgian outlets reported that interest in Noa Lang is increasingly considerably ahead of the January transfer window.

They claimed Arsenal were preparing a €30m bid for the player in January, but Brugge were hoping for €40m.

With four goals and five assists in 17 appearances this season, Arsenal’s interest is now said to be ‘concrete’ according to Voetbal24.

They also list AC Milan as another side who are giving the Belgians a ‘headache’ because of their interest.

Lang is under contract until 2025, so it’s hard to see him leaving the club for significantly less than Brugge want, particularly if the rumoured interest from various top-five league clubs is all true.

The 22-year-old started his senior career with Ajax, but his loan to Club Brugge last season led to an obligation to buy at the end of the season.

Lang only cost them €5.4m, so his current club look set to make a quick, hefty profit.
