West Ham, Crystal Palace, Lyon and Barcelona are four teams interested in signing Alexandre Lacazette, who will be leaving Arsenal within the next 10 months.

Alexandre Lacazette’s contract is up next summer.

Arsenal were unable to move him on during the last transfer window, which means we now face at least half a season of speculation.

In addition to offering him to Sevilla in order to land Youssef En-Nesyri, Arsenal have made no secret of the fact the Frenchman is up for sale.

Out of the clubs linked, I can’t see Lacazette ending up at Palace.

They couldn’t even agree a deal with Eddie Nketiah over his personal terms, so it seems unlikely they would stump up enough for Lacazette.

Similarly, West Ham, although they would likely be better placed than the Eagles.

Lacazette, however, is most likely going to want Champions League, if possible, given he’s about to start heading down the wrong side of the 30 hill.

If Lacazette can’t find a club willing to pay his wages, the short-fall could be made up by returning home to Lyon. Sentiment is, of course, invaluable.

Barcelona have also been consistently mentioned as a possible destination, as well, as they eye cut-price players.
