Ainsley Maitland-Niles will not train with the Arsenal first team after he made his displeasure at being denied a move to Everton known on social media, according to John Cross.

Mikel Arteta has reportedly told Ainsley Maitland-Niles that he won’t be training with the Arsenal first team as the Arsenal manager seemingly continues to hack off bits of his face to spite it.
The information comes from John Cross of the Mirror, so it’s worth bearing in mind that this could be Maitland-Nile’s agent playing games. Cross is the ideal journalist to use in that instance.

With Hector Bellerin wanting out and Arsenal unable to find a deal to bring in a new right-back, Arsenal told Maitland-Niles that he wouldn’t be allowed to move to Everton, prompting the 24-year-old to say on Instagram:

Whatever is going on, be it true or spin, what is clear is it is absolute chaos at Arsenal and nobody seems able to get control of things.
Embarrassing all around, no matter the truth.
