The Telegraph report that Hector Belllerin is prepared to leave Arsenal this summer, but they haven’t yet received an official bid for him.

The same outlet add that Bellerin was the subject of interest from Bayer Leverkusen last summer, and from teams in La Liga in the January window. But the clubs in the market for a right-back this summer haven’t made offers for him yet.

As a result, a potential departure could go down to the wire, and may end up depending on whether Arsenal are willing to consider a loan with an obligation to buy, rather than an immediate sale.

Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta recently confirmed that Bellerin is a player they’re following, but he wouldn’t say any more on the subject.

From Bellerin’s side, Matteo Moretto recently reported that Bellerin had spoken with Arsenal and asked to leave the club. He wants to go to Inter Milan as a priority, but it’s up to the clubs to work on the deal and find the best solution.

Until Inter (or any other club) make a serious move, there’s little Arsenal can do to facilitate a transfer, so the ball really isn’t in the Gunners’ court right now.
