Reiss Nelson is drawing interest from the Bundesliga, on top of the previous reports linking him with a potential loan to Olympiacos.

CBS Sports report that Arsenal are looking to use the sale of various first-teamers to raise funds this summer, and Reiss Nelson is among those on the potential list of departures. If he does leave, Nelson has reportedly attracted interest from the Bundesliga.

Previous reports from Greek outlet SDNA and Football.London suggested that Olympiacos are also keen on bringing in the winger, but that one would be a loan move.

As a result, Nelson’s future with Arsenal is very much in the balance. It looks pretty certain he’ll be leaving in some capacity this summer, but it’s hard to say whether it will be a loan or a permanent departure.

If a Bundesliga club came in with a serious offer, that might settle things. Given Arsenal need the money and haven’t made any attempt to integrate Nelson this season, you’d imagine they’ll accept a decent bid.

But if that doesn’t happen, a loan to Olympiacos could be on the cards, which could keep faint hopes of a future at Arsenal alive.
