Kieran Tierney has agreed a new five-year deal to tie him to Arsenal until 2026, putting him on the longest contract at the club, so how much will Kieran Tierney earn with his new contract?

Arsenal signed Kieran Tierney from Celtic in 2019 and, despite his injury problems, he has already proven himself to be one of the most important players in the squad.

A new deal makes everybody happy, especially Tierney, as it also comes with a pay rise.

Before Tierney signed a new deal with Celtic in 2017, he was reportedly earning £15kpw. Not a bad wage at all for a then-20-year-old. His extension, signed in October of that year, saw his wages rise to £25kpw. Still not too shabby.

Arsenal, however, tripled his wages when they paid £24.3m for him, moving him on to £75kpw, an amount that is set to increase further with his new five-year contract.

Now, it is claimed that the defender will earn in excess of £100kpw, although the exact figure is not yet known. The S*n claim it will be £110kpw.

Arsenal are also believed to be in the market for a back-up left-back this summer, hoping to sign a young player to serve as stand-in for Tierney.
