Mesut Ozil’s life in Turkey did not get off to the best start but with the season coming to a close, he has finally grabbed his first assist since his last game in an Arsenal shirt.
Mesut Ozil made his return from an ankle ligament rupture at the end of April and finally grabbed a much-awaited assist on Tuesday night against Sivasspor.
The touch was delightful, as you can see in the video below:

Frozen out of the Arsenal squad after questioning the pay-cut at the start of the pandemic, Ozil had not registered an assist since 3 July 2020 when he set up our only goal against West Ham at the Emirates in the first game after the lockdown was lifted.
That was 321 days ago or 10 months and eight days, or 449,280 minutes.
He was not seen again in an Arsenal shirt.
